APOKALYPSIS: A QUIET SHOW AFTER THE THUNDERSTORM
Yesterday night a heavy thunderstorm hit Piazza Duomo and its stage set to host Apokàlypsis. Maybe the powerful Monsignor Gianfranco Ravasi, responsible for the comment, stopped the rain from pouring down. The conductor Marcello Panni directed the Italian Military Band with its with forty-five wind instruments, including an enormous pipe organ, while actors Andrea Giordana and Sonia Bergamasco read some extracts from the book of the Apocalypse of St. John.
