Last seats available for Mozart premiere. This comédie has been written by Sasha Guitry and the composer Reynaldo Hahn. Tomorrow it will be performed at San Nicolò Cloister at 8 p.m. “We have Mozart, but not his music, there is marivauxdage but without Marivaux, we are in the “century of light” but with different lighting. So basically what do we have? An irreverent game, an erudite and elegant pastiche created through the caustic genius of Sacha Guitry with the refined and ironic complicity of Reynaldo Hahn. The events take place in a Parisian Salon during the 1920s. The Salon is frequented by Marcel Proust and aspects of “the search for lost time” can be rediscovered in certain characters and events from the past transported into a contemporary setting that seems totally natural.” Said director Pier Luigi Pizzi
